Protein soy blend «Emulgofix 50» is proein emulgator with high moisture-binding and fat emulsifying capacity. Used for production of cooked, semi-smoked, smoked-cooked and liver sausages; conserves with chopped meat and spreads; chopped semi-finished products (hamburgers, meat dumplings, forcemeat).

Recommended application rate: 3-5% (dry basis).
